Your privacy genuinely matters to us. Here's a plain-language explanation — no fine print, no jargon — of what data we handle, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data we need to respond to you and improve the site:

  • Data you give us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, and whatever information you include in your message (service of interest, budget, project details).
  • Browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, time on site, device and traffic source, in aggregate form.
  • We do not collect sensitive data or special categories of personal data.

3. What we use your data for

  • To answer your inquiries and prepare business proposals.
  • To deliver the services you hire and manage our relationship with you.
  • With your consent, to measure site usage in order to improve it.
  • We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (which you give by submitting the form or accepting analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and operating the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

  • Necessary: essential for the site to work (for example, remembering your cookie choice, or the language you picked in the footer). These don't require consent.
  • Analytics: help us understand how the site is used, through Google Analytics. These only activate if you accept them. We implement Consent Mode v2: until you accept, analytics stays disabled.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies, which will make the notice appear again.

6. Third parties that process data

To operate the site we use providers that may process data on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:

  • Google (Analytics / Tag Manager): site usage measurement, only with your consent.
  • Hosting provider: site hosting and content delivery.
  • Automation tools (for example, to receive form messages in our inbox or CRM).

Some of these providers may host data outside Argentina. In those cases we make sure adequate safeguards exist for the international transfer of data.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep form data for as long as our business relationship lasts, plus the time needed to meet legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form according to Google Analytics' configuration. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data at any time, as well as object to its processing. In Argentina, these rights arise from Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data; if you're in the European Union, from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To exercise them, write to us at hola@loco22.com. We'll respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the oversight body for Law 25.326, has the authority to handle complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

9. Minors

The site and our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or applicable regulations. We'll always publish the current version on this page, along with its last-updated date.
